Trace Consulting Group (TCG) was part of the consulting team providing mechanical and electrical consulting services for the development of a prestigious restaurant in the core of downtown Toronto. Our scope included for all HVAC, plumbing, electrical and specialty mechanical consulting services for the restaurant and associated commercial kitchen. Our team collaborated efficiently with the consulting team and coordinate all aspects of the design to successfully prepare packages for tender, permit and construction.
TCG provided construction administration and general oversight throughout the project and lead the project through to final completion, providing a final sign-off to the client and authorities having jurisdiction.

In addition to our typical services, a standout feature for this project was the decorative ceiling within the main hall of the restaurant. The ceiling posed significant challenges for our mechanical and electrical teams and required our team to use out of the box solutions to design for custom lighting and HVAC solutions.
