What You Can Expect in our Recruitment Process:

  • A preliminary screen with HR either via email or phone to confirm a few exciting details about the position and your current job search. If we are aligned, we will proceed with the following interviews:
  • A 45-60 minute technical screen (virtually) with one of our Managers from the respective team you are applying to. This is an opportunity for us to gauge the areas in which you have experience, as well as the areas you hope to gain more exposure to.
  • A 60-minute in-person interview with both our President, Sam Soltani as well as a Senior Manager.  This is a great opportunity for you to hear more about the company, our plans for growth, and how you would fit into the team.
  • HR will connect with you to gather reference and process a background check in tandem with your Offer of Employment.
  • Once your Offer of Employment is accepted the team will then begin preparing for your Onboarding Journey with us!
